Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperSender ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperSender is a WhatsApp bulk messaging SaaS platform that allows businesses to send personalized messages to their contacts. The service connects to WhatsApp via Baileys (WebSocket) or Meta's official Cloud API.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SuperSender to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages to contacts who have not opted in
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to circumvent account bans or platform restrictions

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the content of messages sent via your WhatsApp number.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Message limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp may block numbers used for bulk messaging — we are not liable for such actions as they are outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

SuperSender's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
