7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with SuperSender. If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment
  • Only the first payment for a new paid subscription is eligible
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable
  • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds

After 7 Days

We do not offer refunds for subscription charges after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us at:

Please include your registered email address and the date of payment. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Free Plan

The free plan is free of charge. There is nothing to refund. You can use the free plan indefinitely within its limits.
