When you use SuperSender ("we", "us", "our"), we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment information when you register or subscribe. We also collect usage data including the number of messages sent, campaign statistics, and WhatsApp session data required for the platform to function.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS). WhatsApp session credentials are encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors).
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
SuperSender connects to WhatsApp via the Baileys library (unofficial WhatsApp Web API) or Meta's official Cloud API. You are responsible for ensuring your messaging activity complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We do not access the content of messages sent through unofficial connections beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the service.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us at support@supersender.online. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
